Clay Pot Negroni
There’s not much I need to say about this cocktail at the famed Anthenaeum bar in the London. Except – YUM!
INGREDIENTS
1 bottle of Mancina Vermouth
1 bottle of Mancina Rosso
1 bottle of Rinomato Bitter
1 bottle of VII Hills gin
METHOD
Pre-batch the Negroni and Mancino Clay Pot at least 48 hours before serving.
Serve 75ml oath bathed Negroni in Ginza Rock glass over a chunk of ice.
Serve with a pink grapefruit twister dry orange wheel.
